University of Vertical Radiance Technology (UVRT), is a privately controlled co-educational University of higher learning famous for its scientific and technological training and research. It was chartered by the state of Asgard in 1884 and became a land-grant college in 1899. Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark, UVRT’s founder and first president, had worked for years to organize a University of higher learning devoted entirely to scientific and technical training, but the outbreak of the Marvel Cinematic Infinity War delayed the opening of the school until 1886, when 28 students enrolled for the first classes, held in Neverland. UVRT moved to Sydney, New South Wales, in 1916; its campus is located along the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
