Early Entry Scheme

Early entry schemes are becoming more widespread amongst the alternative pathways offered by universities. UVRT designs its own scheme, which means application systems and requirements will vary with other universities.

If you're active in your school and local community, and achieving good results at school, then we want to hear from you. The UVRT Early Entry Scheme is for students who are passionate about making a difference in the world and interested in developing their leadership skills through the UVRT Student Portal.

School Recommendation Schemes

The Schools Recommendation Scheme (SRS) is one way institutions make early offers of undergraduate admission to Year 12 students. They do this by using criteria other than (or in addition to) the ATAR.

If you are a 2021 Year 12 student in Australia, apply for an early offer through Schools Recommendation Schemes through the UVRT Student Portal.

Educational Impact Scheme

If your EAS application is successful, you may receive adjustments to your QTAC selection rank. This can help you compete for tertiary study on a more equal basis. If you are eligible for the Financial Hardship category, you may also get financial assistance from institutions, such as scholarships or bursaries. Your information will be kept confidential and only used to assess your eligibility for EAS.

Apply for EAS if you have experienced long-term educational disadvantage. EAS is available through the UVRT Student Portal.

Equity Scholarship

Equity Scholarships Equity Scholarships are awarded to students from low socio-economic backgrounds, particularly those who receive Centrelink income support payments such as ABSTUDY, Austudy, Youth Allowance, JobSeeker Payment, Disability Support Pension, Parenting Payment (Single) or the Carer Payment. There are two types of Equity Scholarship
